Yes, I have some upcoming projects, so I will try to fix tinyRTE bugs.

(this is not full translation, but it makes possible to use tinyRTE with 
Russian language in BE)

I do not have this problem.
I use css_styled_content (no old TypoScript things like cSet )
I think this problem can be related with some TypoScript code or  some 
old  static template.
