Let's discuss those things in the team we found. I even couldn't answer those
questions right now. What I can say:

Requirements:

* It should be compatible with the MVC framework.
* It should be usefull without the MVC framework.
* It should evaluate $TCA to get a fast productivity.
* It should be configurable with TypoScript to get a fast productivity.
* Checks
* Acessibility
* I guess it will have different layers i.e.:
Form Elements, TS configuration and $TCA, management panel

Nice to have:

* integration into the kickstarter
* xForms
* AJAX
* could be a component of a "TYPO3 on rails" framework
* could be a base for a common FE/BE forms library
