[TYPO3-dev] extension development libraries

I am willing to provide coding power and team management but I don't as 
noticed before I will only do this when we create "the" extension 
development library. So the only Typo3-supported framework. This because 
I think it is a waste of energy if everyone is developing almost the same.

Therefore I am really looking forward to see some comments from the core 
developers and Typo3 future planners about their opinions.
