[TYPO3-dev] timestamps and dates before 1970

Hi,
I think the dates have a certain importance, however, when looking at
other challenges we have to face right now, many core developers
(including me) don't feel pressed to care about this currently.
I appreciate your ideas and once had a quick look over it, but I think
somebody who has time and patience for it has to jump in to get it done.
Sorry that I don't see it more positive, but I guess it is pretty
realistic.
