I wonder if this would be an improvement. Imagine you want Part one.

You clip ###PARTB### as subpart. That works regularly.

You replace both markers ###PARTA### each with nothing. I guess the
empty comments would still remain in the output. Wouldn't they? I am not
sure.

Result would maybe be:
