[TYPO3-dev] rtehtmlarea update problems

I think you must choose the right version of rtehtmlarea depending on you 
TYPO3 version. 3.8.1 needs htmlarea 1.2.1 f.e. ...

The other question is: how to download 1.2.1 from the TER?
