[TYPO3-dev] how to upload translations from l10n folder

I do not think it would be necessary to create a new extension for each 
translation of the extension.

I want to upload the splitted locallang.xml file now into TER. How must 
I proceed? Is this already possible or to whom must I send the ZIP file 
of the translations?
