[TYPO3-dev] typo3-site-installer

I'd say it is in a frozen state. I've once uploaded the last version to
typo3xdev (install_typo3_site_installer) but never continued to work on it.

If you have some contributions, please get in touch with me, I'm open for
suggestions...
