[TYPO3-dev] ExtManager from shell-skript

Hi there !

i got a request for the ter_update_check to include a script
to do the checks from a cron-job and send them per email to
the administrator.
i found the part about initalizing typo3 from cli, but i wonder
if i can load typo3/mod/tools/em/* from a shell script?
