I apologize,
My immediate thought was that this question might require people with
more knowledge of what's "under the hood" of TYPO3 to understand what
would happen in this case. I realise that I could also have found
people with huge sites experiences in the ENG list. I'll try to sort
my questions better from now on!
This aside,

Thanks for your input. Our fear was to determine whenever TYPO3 was up
to the task, and if we would have to split our stuff on multiples
servers and such. Now I'm starting to realise that no matter if the
site is big or small: It doesn't make much difference in the end.
We'll have to make a lot of research to determine what's the best way
to do want we want to do. The foundation's got to be solid for the
kind of building we want :) But we've got some experiences with using
and developing for TYPO3, so it should go along well.
Have a nice day all.
