The playground has been created.

The module you need to checkout from CVS is called typo3_playground and
consists of:

typo3_playground
 |-- ChangeLog
 `-- TYPO3core

If you need something else feel free to add it or just ask.

If others want to join the playground I need your SF.net user name to
give you access.
