The point is this: I use DocBook internally because it was the easiest way
to convert Open Office into HTML and PDF (and other formats). So it's a
by-product which can be used in the future.

This is mainly about time management. As soon as you publish certain things
you have to and you want to communicate. That is quite time intensive. I
therefore start with only very few people (two in this case) who give a
first feedback. Then I widen the group (next step will be announcing
details in the TYPO3.org team list).
If you promise to not ask questions about the TER2 the next two weeks, just
have a look at SourceForge CVS, there might be a surprise ... ;-)

Well, I developed the TER exactly like we fixed it in our concept - so
except that I use DocBook, there won't be big surprises.
If someone decides to really join the development of the TER, I'm open to
discuss everything and give all information including and admin account
etc. - I just can't invest too much time into communication just to let
people know what I'm currently doing. You see what I mean?
