I would like to participate in this. I had to make small changes to the
core to improve localization handling, speed, security. I put some of
these things to bug tacker but since noone takes them into life (yes, I
know: "people are busy", etc.) I stopped doing this. I would be happy to
work on "technology preview" project. Write my e-mail down somewhere,
please!
