True. I think the point is that people need to be seen, to feel
that someone see what they do.

That does not always mean you have to praise or reward them,
often it is enought if they just see/hear/feel that someone is
listening too them...

Yes, that was an interesting project. I really did not do much,
I just formed a goal, asked for help and showed there was
progress. I was surprised how easy it was to get it done. And I
did not write one single explanation!

That experience make me think that manpower is not a big problem
in this community. It´s more a matter of coordinating it.

I really don´t know. :-(

I think you are looking for people that are not very visible in
the community right now. Maybe just wait a while, create the
right conditions and keep eyes open for someone with the right
qualities.
