I'm sorry to hear that. I guess nobody told you that what you did was bad,
right? Because this just highlights the problem that we need a leadership
that is aware about efforts - as you said yourself.
I'm not able to supply that. It takes time and I'm not made for it! But
everytime I see that we need it and it doesn't happen I am saddened.
BTW: You lead the glossary project: You once said that the glossary was put
together but OTHERS efforts, not your own. I have been very inspired by
what you did and though much about it since. I think that is the way to go,
to lead like that.
Who can do this with enthusiasm, you think?
