Hmm, thanks

I must admit that I often suspect that a better leadership from my part
could help a lot. Someone to organize, sort, distill, communicate,
coordinate and all the others things Peter mentioned in his mail.

I'm just not a teamplayer I guess. This is by nature, not principle.
