Yes, you're right. That's why I think we are on the right track. I feel that
we get new talents on board on a continuous basis. It is only small steps,
but we get more and more people working on TYPO3 who won't leave the
project for the next years maybe.

Again, I'm really confident that it's going into the right direction. In my
opinion, most of we (core team, association, community ...) can do is
showing the others how satisfying and joyful it can be, being part of TYPO3
for a long time.
