I don't want to get into the discussion any further, but just wanted to 
say that I think you should take those concerns a bit more relaxed.
You have your fellow active members in the T3A, those should/are the 
guys you can rely on, guys responsible for everything on the roadmap.
Everything else is following the rules of free software, there are some 
good and some bad things about it, I think the good things outnumber the 
bad ones.

Anything else will lead us into a theoretic discussion about a teamwork 
concept that no one will follow as it stand against the "free" in free 
software. It will fail.
