Hello,

certainly we can try to formulate a recommendation.

But should it stand at the beginning or at the end of a broader 
discussion? In the momemt we publish it, it will surly open a discussion.

Maybe doing it in 2 steps. First a draft to open the discussion. An 
officially accreditated recommendation as result.

P.S.

I think there is at least one way to reach the targets without breaking 
compatibility. We better have an evolution, no revolution. But the 
recommendation should guide the way out of the current chaos.
