[Typo3-dev] Problem with 'kickstarter'

I have tested several combination
* kickstarter only in /typo3/ext/ folder - syntax error to the 
'temp_CACHED_ps3ad3_ext_localconf.php'
* kickstarter both in /typo3/ext/ and /typo3conf/ folders - no syntax 
error in 'temp_CACHED_ps3ad3_ext_localconf.php'
* kickstarter in /typo3conf/ folder - no syntax error
