[Typo3-dev] Problem with 'kickstarter'

I've made a patch of the changes between 3.8.0 and 3.8.1, and I've checked
it almost 10 times to be sure it does not break anything, so I can say that
I am sure that there were NO changes regarding the kickstarter in any way!

I guess the problem sits in front of the screen :-)

2nd (probably more usable) guess: Check if kickstart is installed as a local
extension. It should not be...
