This is called a bug. Bugs are reported to the stucki-police. They shouldn't make you flee the country. :-)

So: It wasn't your real reasons then. That is completely fair, but more informative.

In fact, I support very much alternative search solutions like a frontend for mnoGoSearch as long as they are complementary to our own indexed search. Indexed Search is not aimed at being everything for every project.
