OK, I've changed my mind :-)
I think it's not needed to be configurable but it makes sense to at the dots
as well. If you can't accept this, please ask me again and I'll try to
explain.......

Hmm, don't make things too complicated again. One way to add multiple pages
is enough and for almost all users it won't hurt if the separated fields
are now merged by one.
Suggestion: You create the wizard which replaces the current one, and I will
upgrade lorem_ipsum afterwards (has one more pending change for
rtehtmlarea, btw.)
