[Typo3-dev] Stupid question: How to build an DummyPackage for Dev-Versions

Hi all,

maybe a silly question, but i've not found any solution.

I want du test the cvs checkout of Typo3 3.8. Is there any documentation
how to build my own dummy package? Or could you tell me how to do this.

The most files and folders are no problem. The only problem is the
typo3_conf dir. All the other files could i take from the 3.7 dummy, i
think. This dir contains the database.sql file. This could maybe differ
from the 3.7.
