Does that make senses? Okay: any extension based on Typo3 has to be GPL 
by nature. But the TypoScript code can have a different license? Car for 
free but for the key you have to pay and you are not allowd to share?

If that's true: good point to make money. Otherwise dive into GPL ;-)

Just picking out one answer for a very special area is not sufficient.
