[Typo3-dev] 3.8.0 release

I also think that it is a good idea trying to get rid of a bunch of bugs
before the next release. How about having a 2 weeks bug solving phase from
now, then a two week RC1 phase and then let's see where we are?

I'd invest as much as time as I can afford for bug fixing, although that
won't be too much the next two weeks, I fear as typo3.org is also an urgent
topic currently.
