Maybe you know that René Fritz is the one to ask? At 2005-01-20 
he wrote: "Currently we're preparing the association website. 
When it's done I'll do the glossary implementation"


I think there are some things left to do with the Glossary, at 
least if you look at the wiki page:

1.
The explanations has very different levels of quality and 
clearness. I quick review of all the words in the Glossary would 
be recommended. There is a lits of words to review on the wiki.

2.
There has to be decided whether some words should have capital 
first letters or not. For example Page Header and 
Frontend/Backend. Right now this varies a lot...

3.
Suggested new words has to be added.

4.
The syntax of the web page is also not ready for automatic 
import into a database. Some work have to be done to correct the 
syntax errors - I guess 10% of the entries has to be corrected.
