[Typo3-dev] 3.8.0 release

Hi!

Nice to hear about indexed search. I had to fix it for each language
separately (mainly a list of non-ascii characters).

Kasper, do you have some time to give more information about changes in
indexed search? This plugin is [very] important and it would be nice to know
what was changed.
