[Typo3-dev] Turn off Tidy with TS

The problem is that Tidy wraps a header a round the plain text.

Like this:
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
  <title></title>
</head>

<body>
### Here goes the plain text ####
</body>
</html>

And this is not really plain text.
