[Typo3-dev] Change Typo3 3.7.0 Core for faster use with IMv6

Hi!

I´ve found some text about using Image Magick v6 with Typo3.
They say that typo3 uses convert with option -sharpen 60 and
set -sharpen to 0 it would be speed up the Image Magick process.

Any infos about that??
