I'm willing to do some work. I suggest that all the folks (Ben, Sascha, 
Andreas) with patches, send their stuff to me.

I'll try and bring the pieces together. I guess that depending on code 
it'll be either bug fixes for existing csc or feature of the new 
alternative template.

My goals are XHTML 1.0 compliancy and accessibility. Might be that we'll 
end up with two additional templates, but I guess that won't hurt.
