IMHO that shouldn't break _anything_ at all. When resolving the links
the name part before the .id.type.html is completely ignored. Try it
out, e.g.:

http://www.heizung-einfach.de/OEl__Selbstbausaetze.99.0.html
http://www.heizung-einfach.de/OEl-Selbstbausaetze.99.0.html
http://www.heizung-einfach.de/some-garbage-and_some_crap.99.0.html

all referr to the very same page.
