[Typo3-dev] Service for CSV-Import

Hello List,

in the last month I developed a very complex extension with lots of goodies.
One Part of it is an CSV-Import, very configureable with TSconfig. Im would like to make a seperate Extension out of this, maybe a service. 
But I never made a service :(
I think there must be a special API for a new Service-Type, but I'm not sure what should be in there and what should not.

If anybody has sugestions or any ideas about this, please let me know!
