And if you took out 10 minutes o research things like these, instead of 
cross-hacking you own version of the code and bloating it out on 
bugs.typo3.org or the mailinglists for that sake, you would have found out 
that REAL access-rights on recordlevel are planned for a later release of 
t3. I´m sorry, but core modifications of that sort and quality probably 
won't go into the core (I hope not, because then we´d really hit phpnuke 
standards and lack of organization - and I´d be off!) - That´s why YOU 
SHOULD DO YOUR STUFF AS AN EXTENSION IF YOU WANT TO RELEASE IT - It´s not up 
to you to decide wether the UI of the different core-files are good or bad, 
then semi-hack the whole thing and expect it to be included in the core. - I 
could swear, but I won´t...
