I use moneybookers since january 2005 for getting payments from clients
(from Germany and Finland)

You see a lot of good things. All this true.

About the problems:
1) Credit Card verification (especially for USA guys) .
Moneybookers ask to send him scan of Credit Card.

2) If you have a problem - the best way to solve it is to call them by
phone.
(one time my account was suspended due to wrong data of my birthday, this
was solved after phone call)

3) Withdraw limit. This can be mayor problem.
As I know, it can be set to $500/month (or even $200 ) and can be lift up
after some month of usage.

In general: moneybookers has good reputation in Russia and in UK.
Some UK and Germany guys accept hosting payment by moneybookers and they are
happy.
And this guys are strongly not like PayPal.
