[Typo3-dev] How to make a function index? (extdeveval)

Hello,

I have a question about the extdeveval extension.
In some extensions I saw an index of functions of a class. For this 
indexes it is mentioned that they where made by extdeveval.

But where can I find this functionality? I searched all extdeveval 
options, but I can't figure out, how to generate the index!?
Maybe I overlooked something, so it would be nice if anyone can give a 
short advise... :-)
