Hi, the terms for uploading extensions to TER say that code has to be GPL. BIG PROBLEM for many other open source projects to include. Other very famous license in the php world are e.g. the PHP License with the most stuff of pear.php.net should be falling under. So a big area of very well libraries aren't usable with TER.
