[Typo3-dev] Announce: TYPO3 3.8.0beta2

After todays feedback we decided to release an updated Beta version:

This release contains the latest phpMyAdmin version and fixes one more bug
related with MySQL 4.1.

In the bugtracker, this version is still listed as 3.8.0beta2, so please
submit any bugs you find in that category.
