[Typo3-dev] Strange error with constant editor

Hi,

	I am using latest TYPO3core from cvs. I _SUDDENTLY_ found that when I
use click the template module and then choose constant editor at the
drop down select box. TYPO3 shows me "no menu" all the time.

	Any hints??
