[Typo3-dev] typo3 3.8.0 release plan

Hi list.

This is the plan FYI:

- Release the beta 2 tommorow, April 14
- Two weeks later (April 28), release the RC1 and raise the new branch.
  This also includes a feature freeze, further work is only for fixing
bugs.
- The final version should be ready after May 1st

Michael stucki is coordinating the effort with a small team of
bug-fixers etc.
