[Typo3-dev] Insert link problem in mininews plugin

The mininews plugin does not display links that are created in the “full text” section using the rich text editor (RTE).
 
It seems that the <LINK></LINK> tags are not translated into <a href ></a> tags when they are displayed in the page. 
 
I’ve tried with different versions of the mininews plugin (0.1.5, 0.1.7, 0.0.11). I’m using TYPO3 version 3.6.2.
 
How can this be fixed?
