[Typo3-dev] DAM integration into 3.8.0

DAM will be available fore 3.8.0 as it is right now - meaning a mix of
XCLASSING and direct support.

USing DAM in any field (like Pages / Media or ) will be possible in
theory (meaning configurable so you can select DAM content easily from
backend), but the place where the data is _USED_ must support it as
well. For instance, selecing files from a media field from TYpoScript is
quite often something with a) splitting by ",", then b) taking the
filename, prepending "uploads/media/" before it and the nreturn...
Obviously a change is needed there if the reference to the file is not a
filename with a pre-set filefolder anymore but rather a database
reference uid!

And that support will NOT be in 3.8.0 but maybe in 3.9.0, at least it
will be in 4.0.0
