[Typo3-dev] ObTS - anyone using it?

Dan,
Any chance we could see some of the custom UIs and other things ObTS has 
allowed you to do?  I've been interested in using it but I'm not exactly 
  sure what kind of things it allows that regular Typoscript does not. 
Any insight would be appreciated :)
