Well, I took that and did a *really quick and dirty* attempt to write
a mode for jedit. Please feel free to tune it as much as you like, it
needs it... :)

Add this to your jedit mode catalog:
<MODE NAME="typoscript" FILE="typoscript.xml" FILE_NAME_GLOB="*.ts" />

And place the mode from
 http://preview.fishfarm.de/jedit-ts-mode.xml
as typoscript.xml in your jedit modes folder.
