[Typo3-dev] CSH revisited (mainly for Kaper)

ok, here we go:

(use firefox as your browser)

1. log into your localization server as a normal translator (i assume you 
take the german translator)
2. choose modul ll-XML
3. regenerate cached files
4. choose "Translate" form modul options
5. choose file "typo3/sysext/cms/locallang_csh_webinfo.xml [1]" from the 
"select file" dropdown box. (there should be 1 label left for translation)
6. on the translation screen, look at first key "pagetree_overview" and 
label "[pagetree_overview.image_descr]".
7. you get this screen input screen

8. notice the unrendered HTML tags at the image description

in the meantime i discovered that these unrendered HTML tags are sometimes 
also displayed in the BE if the corresponding labels have additional text 
attributes...
