[Typo3-dev] phpmyadmin wants to be installed in GLOBAL

Hi Stephane.


Your analysis sounds correct, your idea about more flexible
TYPO3_MOD_PATH etc is also good, but changing these things is not easy
if you want to come up with a better solution. THe current one works and
there will be 1000 things to fix before spending time to change that. 

So it will stay unchanged. And "phpmyadmin" will stay a global extension
unless the maintainer decides to change it.
