[Typo3-dev] GIFBUILDER image size

oh, shame on me....i should RTFM in depth next time		

adding gifbuilder-option 'maxWidth', eg maxWidth=4000, will render larger images than 2000px which is hardcoded in tslib_gifbuilder and set if no maxWidth-value is given.
