[Typo3-dev] Script to download and install TYPO3 CVS version

Hello,

I am not sure whether this is useful for anyone, but as I often forget about all
the steps that need to be undertaken when downloading the CVS version of Typo3
(like setting a number of symlinks, getting additional packages, etc...) I
created a script that does all of this:
