[Typo3-dev] Next version, kick off

I like your ideas, this is about what I had in mind. I'm little unsure
about whether the static-php file concept is very relevant for TYPO3
specific code since most plugins I know of depends on the whole TSFE
environment set up. So basically this will work only for
"PHP_SCRIPT_EXT" - a concept that I never used myself except in the
testsite example... :-)


I'm planning to work on static puyblishing alongside some caching
optimization for Dassault.
