That's true, in germany every government institution is already
*forced* by law to do it... but as time works in germany, the theory
is more sophisticated then reality...
But don't lose your other point: It's just the way to go, W3C makes
the rules, afaik ther are no tables in xhtml strict.
Customer demand is one reason to choose 'clean' css solutions,
but 'semantic web' should be the primary.
And since I've seen www.csszengarden.com (and believed what I saw
three days later), I think everything is possible without tables...
